What we collect
We collect your email address, the public App Store URLs and storefronts you choose, authentication session data, product preferences, and billing identifiers when you subscribe. We do not request or store App Store Connect credentials.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, collect public ranking data, detect ranking events, send the alerts you request, enforce plan limits, provide support, and operate the service securely.
Service providers
Data may be processed by our infrastructure, email, and payment providers. Stripe handles payment details; Breakout stores only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
Retention and deletion
Free-plan ranking history may be limited to 30 days. Operational and security records are retained only as needed. You can permanently delete your account and its user-owned data from Settings.
Your choices
You can change alert preferences, use the unsubscribe link in non-essential alert emails, or contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, and deletion rights.
